What's New for Halloween? Here's a new website where you can create online photo greetings of your Halloween photos.   HalloweenPhotoCards.com is a family safe website for visitors to upload their own Halloween photos of their children, pets (that's big!) or themselves gallivanting and parading around at parties as Elvis or Elvira.  What makes it so much fun (and I do mean they are truly fun)  is that after you upload your picture you can choose from a selection of some 100 tantalizingly spooky songs to make the occasion fit to a tee.  They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but add music to it and it's worth a cool million. The site is free to send a selection of preset Halloween cards, but there is a modest fee to subscribe (about six cents a day).  Membership also includes access to their other sites, PostcardFromSanta.Org, 1PhotoCity. com and 1ArtCity.com.  Members are able to upload unlimited photos and send unlimited Halloween cards & Christmas cards through the holiday season with their subscription to the service.  In addition to uploading your own photos, users of the site can also choose from various Halloween cards on the site,  a number of which have fun effects such as lightning, thunder and rain. The creator of the site, Rob Cameron did not have to look far for inspiration, his little boys of six and three.  Cameron wanted to have a site that was truly family safe, with no unwanted advertising or irritating pop-ups and most of all to create some fun for children, families and grand parents everywhere. To help further grow the site up against stiff competition, the site offers a unique multi-tiered referral program that takes advantage of  the Internet's ability to reach a lot of people.  It's modest, only 5%, but it can add up to a total of 25% over the five tiers of referrals.
